What is your name?
Maria Teresa Rodriguez

What part of Peru was born?
I was born in the Peruvian department of Ancash

What did you like doing Cundo was small?
I liked when he went out with my friends to play in the street near my house, we liked it when I spent time with my family, especiallymy older sister Rosa.

What is your native language?
Well, my native language is Quechua, but I could learn easily in Castilian because I had the opportunity to travel to Lima as a teenager.

What school did you study? Where?
My school was called The Immaculate Huaraz in Huaraz.

What religion do you practice?
Catholic

Have you ever attended a fiesta in your country?
If clear, in Huaraz which is where I spent most of my childhood,very often attended the festivities conmi family, we are all very devoted to God. I remember we did the procession of Holy Week.

What I would like to study another language?
Well I would love to start studying portuguez and finish studyingEnglish.

Do you have another language has helped Peruvian apart fromCastilian?
If served me well when traveling to the Peruvian departments ofSierra and I could talk to residents who spoke only Quechua. It was a nice experience, which served as a translator for my friends to travel with.

Have you been discriminated against for speaking Quechua?
No, but if there are some people who may have this annoyance.In my opinion we should respect all native or foreign languagebecause each has something that characterizes it and makes it different, that's why we should not make comparisons with others.
